SO formatter bugs

Bad html output for formatter.
Also need to move snippet detail bellow the actual snippet

Apparently stackexchange inserts html tags into our submition. This means I have to find out their heuristic on detecting code snippets and such from plaintext.

Current hackish workaround is to not insert any html tags into our code and make sure we also copy the indentation when selecting snippets. Works fine but is very ugly

I don't think we'll get to this one any time soon.

We'll just leave it dangling open in case somebody in some future will pick it up. Some record should remain that there is a nasty bug there.
