enhancement: publish precompiled binaries #266
Description
spread should publish precompiled binaries, similar to chisel: https://github.com/canonical/chisel/releases (note this issue with chisel binaries. TLDR: the precompiled binaries should be compiled with go 1.25.4 or newer
this could save us a bunch of time in the chisel-releases CI when installing spread
