Reading expected failures from the compositor integration library

In Mir, we have a list of expected WLCS failures, which are not directly available to WLCS unless we copy them over and maintain two lists. A better approach could be to pass this list via a new function in the integration module, which would allow the testing code to not run or ignore failures from those tests.
