does this support / package cfn cli feature? #18
Description
cfn via the cli has a notion of transfering local references to s3 and replacing the template. its a nice ux thing that makes some of the serverless provisioning with cfn a bit easier (see sam serverless application model) .. wasn't clear if sdt supported it?
