401 errors issues when uploading images with grant that has only github-writers as able to create cardstack-files

The client is sending the bearer token, but I'm seeing 401 errors in some circumstances (could be related to my dev env hub restarting)...

I think this is related to #63 . This seems sporadic, and in the times I have trapped it (locally with mock-users), it almost appears as though the user doesn't belong in the correct realm.
