Theme styling is lost in the mobiledoc editor #86
Description
When you are editing the mobiledoc, we should retain the theme.
Probably what we need to do here is a better job of retaining the card's styling classes when fashioning the mobiledoc editor's wrapper (this is how we retained styling on the AIA project when in the mobiledoc editor). Likely this is a framework concern.
