3.9.6-eclipse-temurin-21 and docker buildx

Hello,

After today push of 3.9.6-eclipse-temurin-21, my Bitbucket Pipeline started failing when running

`
export DOCKER_BUILDKIT=1
docker build ...
`

The error

`
ERROR: BuildKit is enabled but the buildx component is missing or broken.
       Install the buildx
`

Any sugestions on what it might be?
