The BioArtBot website can currently turn a pixel art drawing into an OpenTrons procedure, and we want to be able to generalize this to handle an uploaded photo. This requires 4 main functions:

• adjusting print resolution
• function that chooses a bacterial palate to approximate a color
• dithering function to approximate colors not in the palate
• adding functionality on the website to upload photos
