Use with moose and neuron

Write example files showing how to use moose with moose and neuron - extract information regarding the morphology and display directly - without libneuroml (assuming people were using it via ipython!)

There must be an option to update "live" as the simulation is happening. But this must be a fix from the simulator side to "stream" data in some sense. So essentially there must be a stream handle available - or this is same as update color.

Include use cases for nest / brian etc - but this is not a priority.
