Editing pull requests

Expected Behaviour

There is no way to edit an existing pull request. This seems like a fairly simple API, as described in the docs.

Current Behavior

The current behaviour only allows us to create new pull request with the POST endpoint. Ideally we would also expose the PUT endpoint to allow editing a specific PR.

Context

I am migrating some bash scripts that used to used curl to automate creating pull request. It either creates a pull-request between two branches or edits the existing PR if one exists. This is currently not possible use bitbucket-rest since the PUT endpoint isn't implemented.

I'm happy to provide a pull-request to implement this endpoint as it should be fairly simple to add.
