Add Yubico authenticator tool

Available here: https://www.yubico.com/products/yubico-authenticator/

On Fedora, I downloaded and unzipped into ~/.local/src then ran the included desktop_integration.sh with the --install flag which looks like it creates a file like /home/cdayjr/.local/share/applications/com.yubico.authenticator.desktop that I can check for to determine if I need to run it again.

On macOS I should be able to make use of https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/collections/community/general/mas_module.html with https://apps.apple.com/us/app/yubico-authenticator/id1497506650?ls=1

Older yubico authenticator tool is available in homebrew here: https://formulae.brew.sh/cask/yubico-yubikey-manager
and yubico ssh agent seems worth exploring: https://github.com/FiloSottile/yubikey-agent
