Provide option to clean previous kafka installations #4
Description
Currently the cookbook lands all kafka installations like this,
/opt/kafka/kafka - Link to current kafka installation
/opt/kafka/kafka-0.8.0
/opt/kafka/kafka-0.8.1
...
We should be able to provide an option that deletes old kafka installations so we don't continue to accumulate installations.
