Description
As a developer of terra-graphs, I want to copy over the functionality that is necessary to support the base canvas in preparation of moving line graph from carbon-graphs to terra-graphs
Motivation
So that we will be able to start moving the line graph functionality over
Definition of Done
We'll know we're done when the code is moved over, tests are passing, and the code is merged to main.
