Tray icon not showing in Ubuntu 18.04

The tray icon is not showing in Ubuntu 18.04. The error is:

dorkbox.systemTray.SystemTray: Unable to create tray type: '_SwingTray'

According to this issue of dorkbox the new 3.17 version supports ubuntu 18.04 and other popular linux distributions.

Please consider update the dorkbox library. Thanks.

@davidsf We tried to update to a later version of Dorkbox in the 4.0 release of CommandBox but it caused a lot of issues for us so we ended up reverting. Maybe there has been more fixes since then, but we will need a lot of testing to try it again. I don't even recall all the issues we ran into any more.
