Max Thread with setting

currently the Max thread in runwar is hardcode at 30

.set(Options.WORKER_TASK_MAX_THREADS, 30)

is there any possibility to add the configuration for this? so we can set the value whatever we want.

@highcourter The next release of CommandBox will contain this fix. It is in testing now. In fact, it's been done for a while, we just have a lot of regressions to address.
