Allow to use 0 confirmation UTXOs to fund amount for transactions #83
Description
With the current implementation of the Glueby payment and token feature, only finalized UTXOs can be used for payment, so if you have only one UTXO, once you make a payment, you have to wait for it to be captured by the block before you can make another payment.
So, we should be able to use 0 conf UTXOs for payments.
