I have concern about how you define the task.
I have some concerns regarding how the task is defined in the RePCD-Net paper. From my understanding, it appears to be more of a smoothing approach for a corrupted 3D point cloud.
My question is that can this method actually remove points which are considered noise
For example, I have a pointcloud in which the red points are noise:

Can RePCD Net remove and output ,as I consider, a noise-free pointcloud like this:
