modifying illustration position not working in home page #1308

Describe the Bug
when you add an illustration to your home page it lower everythings and when you try to use the option to lower the illustration all the buttons to move it doesn't work.
Im pretty sure that it is intended that everythings is lowered but you can't change it
Steps to Reproduce
first of all setup an illustration in the home page then :
and nothing should move or change
