[Bug]: Drag and drop reordering in playlists is inconsistent and misplaces tracks

Describe the Bug

When attempting to reorder songs in a playlist, the drag-and-drop functionality behaves inconsistently. When dragging a song (or multiple songs) to a new position, the UI correctly shows the visual indicators (two red lines), but when releasing the mouse button, the tracks do not settle in the intended spot. They often revert to their original position or land one slot below the target.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a playlist with multiple tracks.
2. Select one or more tracks to move.
3. Drag the selection up or down to a new position.
4. Observe the two red guide lines appearing at the target drop zone.
5. Release the mouse button (drop the tracks).
6. Result: The tracks usually fail to move to the selected spot (success rate is roughly 1 in 6 attempts).
