Investigate and resolve Warnings in Current Civkit build

We have 200+ warnings that are not breaking the build. Alot of this could be resolved by linting and manual review. Given there are many of these, this could be quite large and broken out into smaller tasks. Leaving this as a placeholder/reminder to start.
