I/O type-based "search" for apps

Add search capability in the app dir home page based on input and output types of apps. For example, user might want to filter the view only for apps that can process VideoDocument, or want to search for apps that generates TimeFrame annotations.

Documenting recent development regarding this topic: we are discussing "app patterns" to groups some apps that behave in a similar way when it comes to I/O spec.
