AlloPhon Database and Primary Consonants

In a study by Bybee and Easterday (2022), the authors talk about "AlloPhon" a database similar to Mielke, in which allophonic (?) variation is given.

The data for this study from 2022 is in figshare.

The original "allophon" data is not available (they only provide a list of languages).
