Update to use foundry/forge-std libraries instead of ds-test

Context

The ds-test library has been deprecated in favor of forge-std. Update the library and the tests to remove the deprecated one in favor of the current one.

Details

Remove https://github.com/dapphub/ds-test
Replace with https://github.com/foundry-rs/forge-std

Alternatives

Make sure the mockprovider is still useful in the current context.
