Set identity for "people who I heard about and I personally met"

We need to formally express that two entities are actually the same thing. In this case
A) a person who Leolani interacted with (LeolaniFriends:X)
B) a person who Leolani heard about through someone else (LeolaniWorld:X)

Currently done through owl:sameAs, but it is not working/in use
