User Story

User Type: General user
Feature: Update application stack
Purpose: Improve performance and UX/UI

Technical Requirements

• 1. Migrate tech stack from Gatsby/tsx/styled components to Nextjs/Js/Material UI
• 2. Integrate Graphcms to create and fetch blog data/content

It's has to be done using a predefined theme, can be found here: dev-plusplus/coding-docs#69
The theme contains several functionalities, all the functionality has to be hidden exepct for the Blog functionality
