When the service restarts and starts,amd3dvcacheUser not running

This will cause the relevant options to not take effect correctly

'Restart Service on Apply' may cause service and system suck, please use with caution.
Just disable this option and leave amd3dvcahe service poll the changes, although the changes may not take effect asap.

After my investigation, I found that this symptom seems to be related to my use of remote desktop.
Here is the information provided by the Event Viewer:

CreateHelperUserProcess - WTSQueryUserToken Failed failed with 1008

Nice find, there may have some bugs in amd's program, you can file a bug report to them.
