Cannot configure plugin on errbit

I have added the errbit_jira_plugin to my errbit server's Gemfile.
I ran a bundle install and restarted the errbit app.
However I cannot find the jira plugin i only see the github plugin.

Can you please tell me how i can integrate this with my errbit server?
