Clear cache when deleting a page

Currently we clear the wagtail-cache (via a wagtail hook) on page publish. However, when a page is deleted or unpublished, we should also clear the cache. This will prevent outdated pages from appearing on the website.

This can also be accomplished similarly with hooks.
