Unable to run interactive commands

Have you tried running interactive commands using this ?

I am looking for a way to run interactive bash script from hubot, So bash can read user input.

like this :

read -p "Please enter the number of build you want to undeploy : " input

it gave me spawn! in the background and does nothing.

correct, currently this plugin does not support interactive io.
I can't think of good reasons to directly connect hubot input/output with shell input/output.
If you want to pass dynamic variables we need to pass them as arguments during invocation of the command.

example

hubot shellcmd mycommand 12

then in your shellcmd 'mycommand' you can do:

#!/bin/bash
buildnr=$1
echo buildnumber=$buildnr

this will output:

12
