How to work with hubot-auth?

Hi, I'm using your plugin in my Slack bot project. I have successfully run the helloworld demo with my slack bot, and my next consideration is to granted chosen users to run shellcmd from slack bot dialog box(which is the same concept as "hubot shellcmd" under the talbe). I am think using hubot-auth to implement my idea but it seems I have to change hubot-script-shellcmd source codes to add conditional judgement, which is badly coupling my business logic and another plugins into this one.

Is this the limitation of current version hubot-scripts-shellcmd?
