Readme has duplicated contents but no information about usage #5
Description
The readme has duplicated contents (the second half of the file appears to be identical to the first half. Bad merge?), but no information on how to build or run the program (if it is a program! The releases all appear to be source snapshots, not binaries, so it's hard to tell at a glance).
