New Feature request: Display incorrect answers along with the correct answers in the quizzes #387
Description
Currently, when a quiz is completed, one can see the correct answers along with their explanations as shown here:
But, in many cases, it is immensely useful to see the incorrect answers as well and an explanation for why they are wrong. Even without the explanation, incorrect answers provide a way to refine your understanding, for example a question which asks you to choose which alternative is not true, the 'incorrect' answers are the ones which give you useful information.
Can we please have this feature for multiple choice quizzes?
