Made the check on active wallet configurable #3
Description
- Create a ownerOnly setter for a AutomaticUnlock flag to be set by default to False
- Add the "New Account" mechanism
- Factorise the test on Active account, if AutomaticUnlock and account is new do not check the account status
- When changing the "New account (use() function) if AutomaticUnlock, push the status to unlocked
