Person and Bank Wallet #5
Description
Add a hierarchy between Wallets, having "person account" and child account ("bank" account).
Parent account handle delegation on the child account.
Only possible coin transfert is through delegation, automatic (infinite) delegation for the parent account.
Possibility of transfering a child account to another person account
Allowance are also handled by the parent account.
