Problems with Maven

Over the last few weeks, I have noticed Commandbox reporting the following error every time it starts:

>    Oops! search.maven.org responsed with an unexpected satus code: 408
>    C:\Users\MyUsername\.CommandBox\cfml\modules\commandbox-cbplaywright\models\DriverService.cfc:34

Perhaps the timeout should be extended?

When I try to load https://search.maven.org/solrsearch/select?q=g:com.microsoft.playwright+AND+a:driver-bundle&core=gav&rows=20&wt=json manually I get a 502 bad gateway error so the issue is likely on Maven's end. I still think the timeout should be extended though and will add a PR

I wonder if we can have it loading/downloading in the background and only timeout if we try to use the driver without it being downloaded.
