Move requiresXXX to App.vue and add new requiresLogin condition

Any component like FfaCandidateView or FfaListedView that is receiving an requiresXXX from the router should remove those Props. App.vue should call AppModule.setAppReady triggering the existing vuexSubscription in the page components.
