Cleanup New-TaskRegistration.ps1 script in Non-Module scripts folder

• Remove commented out commands from script (they're old and arent relevant anymore)
• add RegisterScheduledJob syntax for remaining functions not already covered in script

I had left the old version of the commands as a reference for people to see the difference between calling a script as a scheduled task, and a function.

I am fine either removing them, or maybe moving them to the bottom of the file for reference, where it would look much cleaner.

Thoughts?
