Concept Relations: Inconsistency with Source and Target concepts #1476
Description
As pointed out by @chrzyki in PR #1475, we seem to have been somewhat inconsistent in our use of source and target concepts in conceptrelations.tsv.
"[...] particularly for those relations that require an order (e.g. instanceof, resultsin, producedby, etc.)?

We should probably discuss these concept relations and fix a directionality in cases where we haven't already?
