Default Style Change - Easier Data Entry

Make input box bigger so it can be seen. Add a display which shows the data entry with comma separators. The purpose of this change is to make clear data entry possible without fat finger mistakes or decimal place mistakes when entering large numbers.

This is a very important fix. When entering data, it has to be very clear the amount to be converted. Also, the thousands separator needs to be configurable. Either a "," separator or a "." separator must be configurable in pay.html.
