[feature request] On search results page, include the actual subreddit path r/subName

When I search for a subreddit, I usually know the subreddit path (e.g. r/pics). But the search results page does not show that, so I need to also know what the title on the subreddit page is. My previous Reddit front end didn’t display the titles, so I was unfamiliar with them when I started using eddrit.

Thanks for the suggestion ! The search needs to be reworked a bit, I will try to do something for this and #273
