Accelerators / Hotkeys / Tabstops

Right now the UI has zero keyboard support.

Ideally, Arrow keys up/down and Enter should navigate. Unsure if supported by HTA though.

Tabstops should be supported, I can't imagine HTA was always a mouse-only input, given its enterprise-intended application.
