bug: fail on error in wasmd contract

Describe the bug

1. make wasmd tx fail
2. gex hangs with broken interface

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run any TX which will fail

Expected behavior

No parsing error, continue to monitor.

Ideal to make failed TX red.
