Build Program Flow with SanteMenu

SanteMenu is a class that will parse user input. For this console version, this class will hold and use a Watcher object for scheduling. It will also hold an ArrayList of Reminder objects.

While waiting for #47 to be complete, use hard coded inputs.

Inputs to parse:
1 --> printAllReminders()
2 --> toggleReminder()
3 --> createReminder()
4 --> deleteReminder()
