Send notification to subscribers

As a bible study teacher, I want notifications to be automatically sent to attendees so that they will know when bible study has been canceled.

• When the notification is initiated via SMS and the recipient subscribed via SMS then the text of the notification will be sent to the recipient via SMS.
• When the notification is initiated via SMS and the recipient subscribed via phone then the text will be converted to voice and read to the recipient via phone call.
• When the notification is initiated via phone and the recipient subscribed via SMS then the voice message will be sent to the recipient as a sound file attachment via SMS.
• When the notification is initiated via phone and the recipient subscribed via phone then the voice message will be played to the recipient via a phone call.
