Incompatibility with Lwt_exit

Lwt_exit is a Lwt sub-library which notably allows to execute callbacks on program termination (like with C-c). It works by setting up a dedicated signal handler, which progress overwrites temporarily.

I suggest at least documenting this incompatibility, and better yet, it would be nice investigating into calling the previous handler instead of fully replacing it.

To be noted: I thought Lwt_exit was part of lwt main package, but it turns out to be false. It’s actually a standalone package.

That being said, the overall issue (overwriting signal handlers instead of extending them) remains.

Okay, that’s strange. I’ve read progress code, and it looks like I shouldn’t have the issue I am having, see here.

Let me investigate that more.
