Add optional support for full ADVANCED compilation mode

I saw this note about the custom closure compiler build to support React plugins.

I love that this tool aims to support node_modules and the npm ecosystem out of the box, but I'd also be nice to get the full benefit of ADVANCE compilation for users who understand the risks and aren't importing incompatible dependencies.
