Lift requirement of environment variable SMTP_HOST

Would you please lift the requirement of environment variable SMTP_HOST, but , if not present, require a valid msmtprc by bind mount leaving it unmolested. At the moment I do that by a read-only bind mount, but this is a bit of a bodge.
