Silent installation support in Windows installer

If possible, please consider adding [silent installation](https://www.makeuseof.com/windows-silent-installation-explained/) support for the Windows .exe installer package of Xiphos. This would be useful for our [winget](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_Package_Manager) [package](https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/pull/117688) and possibly other automated deployment use cases.
