Add custom_internal_data option

Hello! 
I want to run pyir on a custom database that I have set up. For that, when I run igblastn, I need to specify the option -custom_internal_data as well with the .ndm file. My understanding is that it is not yet possible to do this in pyir. Would it be possible to add it?
