"Timezone must be configured" when running ./crunz task:debug #108

Operating system type and version: AlmaLinux 9.3
Description
When running ./crunz task:debug 1, I get "Timezone must be configured", though I published the yaml file and the file seems to have the proper timezone set (timezone: America/Los_Angeles).
How to reproduce
Run ./crunz task:debug 1 in /vendor/bin.
